6al4v is the most widely used titanium alloy. Composition of this alloy is 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, 0.25% (max) iron and 0.2% (max) oxygen. It is great for machining and it's mechanical propertites. 6al4v can reduce weight and keep high strength.
